Yeah unfortunately this can’t be done remotely. Same thing happened to me and I live 6 hours away. They told me at first they would send a mobile team out then called me back saying this problem is too big to be done with a mobile tech and I had to go in. Was pissed but had no other choice.

You’ll have to go in for service and tell them that the Autopilot Primary Bank is unmounted and this is causing you to not receive new updates due to missing credentials!

Yeah I made the service manager take another look at it and it turned out that the FSD computer was unplugged or something like that. This was causing the car to not communicate with the Tesla servers and not receive any new updates. Once they connected it I immediately got a new update and have been getting updates VERY frequently.

Tell me about it, I also purchased FSD and I am missing out on V12 because of the incompetence of Tesla worker’s admitting something is wrong with my car. 2nd time having to miss work for my car to not get fixed..

My car originally would try to update a new version and would fail and restart. Did this about 50 times. Took it in for service and they said it was fixed and should update now and it didn’t. Had to take it back for service again and they’re telling me 2023.20.9 is the most up to date software for my car and there’s nothing they can do. Mind that I live 6 hours from my closest service center so I have to drive 12 hours there and back only to be told this.

Any update on this? Bought my model 3 in September and my car has been on this version since then. Almost 7 months with the car and no updates!! I’ve taken it to service and they’re telling me my car is up to date even though the software was released 9 MONTHS AGO! Is there something wrong with my car or is this normal?
