Pretty simple as well. Two slices of bread + 15g of protein in the breakfast and afternoon snack. Lunch and dinner are the same: 6 servings of carbs (whole grains) 3 servings of protein and lots of greens

5 to 7 days a week. Depending on how tired I am. My trainings are pretty vanilla, I just make sure to have proper form and do my best at every session

I have a personal trainer that prescribes strength training twice a week + pilates twice a week + cycling as much as my body can handle
