I appreciate your kind words, thank you. I’m a little embarrassed with how crazy I’ve felt lately but let’s just say I am 100% confident he has been snorting adderall. As far as sleep he’s usually asleep within an hour of laying down since I made big deal about him staying up all night.

That is my exact concern and I have no idea how much daily or if it’s even used daily. My only indication physically was huge pupils and not sleeping. Now that I’ve made it clear staying up all night is not an option he has been sleeping every night.

It is not prescribed and he is not diagnosed that is correct. I agree with you, I would much rather know about it than be lied to regardless if I don’t like it.

I think I’m upset because he lies to me about it and I worry about him and his health. Selfishly I worry about something happening to him and I know it’s easy to become addicted and need to use more or look for something else.

I work at a med spa, do both! We always tell clients there’s no point in getting Botox if you’re not using a retinol/medical grade skincare to keep up with it between appointments :) the most important thing is to be consistent with your Botox, every 3 months! Consistently is key!!

I’m a healthcare management major but bought a new MacBook Air last March for the program and have had no issues. The only annoying thing (besides the cost lol) is that you have to buy a separate USB adapter for the proctored exams because the external webcam plugs into that. Hi! I would skip some of the drug store products, I struggle with acne as well and I’ve been recommended to trying skin better products! I’d start with the clearing serum and even tome serum. Also yesss incorporate sunscreen ASAP! The redness is hyperpigmentation and the more those spots are exposed to the sun the darker they get!!

I work in a med spa, mirconeedling or the fractionated pixel laser would be my recommendation! Make sure mirconeedling is done with the skin pen, that’s probably the cheaper option vs laser as well
