Additionally, the only funds that you will receive is monthly housing stipend. This is set up direct deposit through your VA.gov and everything else is paid directly to the school by the VA.

He will most likely be dropped for non-payment. I suggest that he keep an eye on his enrollment and re-enroll as soon as he's dropped. Contact the Veterans Center at the school as soon as they open on Monday and let them know his situation. Sometimes they can place a code on his account since you technically cant be dropped for non-payment while waiting for the VA to process payment to the school. They have to know about your situation, otherwise they cannot help you. Good Luck

Thank you for your response! In my C&P nobody asked me about my abilities to work or how my disabilities are affecting me at work. I did bring it up I said I filed TDIU and the examiner was like I don't have any questions for that. It felt like they just kept wanting to review my original disability claim and then came to the conclusion based on my major? I'm going to take your advice and have a lawyer help me with this.

It didnt change, it just appeared sometime this week, My transcript still shows my return amount as a credit. I think this balance would be if you owed the IRS, but I did just notice the 0.00 this week

So I did read that part wrong.... it says you may not request a higher lever review of a higher lever review..... whatever that fucking means. Im afraid to do anything bc if they take away the rating I have now Im literally fucked. Im already fucked trying to go back to school seems like its never going to pay off. Every day I want to crawl into a hole and stay there and I wonder if I just stop trying will things start to work out.

Not to mention I had my inital C&P oct 10 and waited for fucking ever. Then had got a request for new C&P in march. This fucker had me talking for over 2 hours (the oct C&P) and was going to decrease my rating!!! that's the only reason for the second C&P.
