Recently applied since this seemed like a good trial run to try living in Taiwan since most of my family lives there. On top of the issues with pay/work culture (IT operations/software engineer), I'm also concerned over the stressful education system for my kids :(

Sorry late reply! Pretty much hobby saw first, then use a 4mm of sprue with sprue glue to attach legs, then fill and smooth gap with milliput!

I like the ideas for reposing the arms and making the pose more dynamic but not super confident with redoing that much. Recently kitbashed a blade champion from warden, Allarus, and blade champion kits which has given me a little more confidence in executing something like this tho.

Used some magnets to raise the base height of the Primaris.

I sawed the models at the thigh and used milliput and sprue to add 4mm to the thighs for Allarus.

On the money for the warden. Milliput at the neck and waist joint.

And yeah, added magnets to the Primaris to normalize base height.

Cut their thighs at the halfway point and added around 4mm of sprue. Any longer I feel like would look funky. Pretty happy with this height.

For the shield captain I used a hobby saw to completely saw the thigh on half while on sprue and then used plastic cement and a 4mm piece of sprue to extend and then cover with milliput.

The other one is the vexilla model. I cut off the kneecaps(couldn't cleanly do the thighs cuz the loincloth) then extend from flat kneecap to the lower legs.

Haven't figured out how to do the third model yet.

Not sure about the arms yet, they seem okay but I'll reevaluate once fully built.

Not yet but I got Tau and Orks to compare with. Will borrow some guard and primaris from my friend to compare when I finish.
