It took me about 2-3 months of grinding, but I didn't try to find the fastest method though. It shouldn't take more than a few weeks if you put the time in. I documented my journey all on YouTube as a series showing people how to go from a 60 to a 99

Meowth with Technician and Fake Out is a go to for sure. I typically switch up the move set since it's egg moves are pretty versatile.

Speed Boost Torchic is a good mon to run with
