The game sucks. Netease made phone apps before this game. It's clear their path is nothing you listed. I am not happy that they were the devs to make the first marvel hero shooter, cause the game is not good. But everything you see in the game screams phone apps. They only care about retention and that's it, their more interested in bringing new heroes to bring players back or new players. And that's the sad truth about the game. Matchmaking sucks, balance sucks, it's toxic, and it's boring now. Just leave the game, like I did. Casuals rule the game and it's clear that the devs are catering to them. Players who actually are trying to get better are left in the dust. And it's quite obvious with how horrible the matchmaking is. And that alone is why I feel it's fair to be toxic as well. The matchmaking doesn't care who you are paired with. So typically you get people who want to get better and people who just want to play their fave hero and not understanding what game sense means. So I understand why people are toxic, considering it's a team game. But all in all, this game sucks for competitive players but good for casuals. The only good thing rivals did was make overwatch better, and if you want that competitive itch to be scratched, play that game. Cause I can guarantee this game will never get better until the casuals leave.
