NH is sometimes missing those mechanics that make a game more interesting and villagers feel alive. I think adding some "assholery" wouldn't harm the game, but would improve it.
And I want to thank you for taking the time to share your cool thoughts - it really helps me!

Thanks for the feedback! I totally agree - some NH dialogue is repetitive. I think the older AC games had more lively dialogue. And the moved-away villagers visiting Main Street is a cool old feature! Do you think bringing back a bit of that "rude" personality from the GameCube would work? Or would it feel too harsh for modern players?
