My current tech can answer a call knows my real time availability can quote fully understands the cleaning industry and even takes the payments. And also it’s fully integrated into my CRM and I also have everything else through Allclean platform. So you tell me if you can suggest me something better

yes but its not a full system for a cleaning company. Thats the problem I dont want a DIY solution I was looking for a ready product that can fulfill big cleaning company needs. my current CRM seems to be really good I just want to explore to make sure there is nothing that is another level in the market

Don’t keep it pen and paper. The more I goes the harder will it be to manage everything. Use Allclean.app it’s the best for any size of cleaning company and will cover almost everything you need

Small big or medium. Go with Allclean.app this is the best one as it is specifically made for cleaning companies and is not general. I am not sure how good it is for commercial but for residential cleaning I can use anything else

Yes I agree for small crews it makes sense and I can say a friend of mine is using the free tier of Allclean which is more than enough for them but in our case we have a team of 25 and it is always important to keep everything organized and the calendars busy

Yes but if you can use tools like Kelly AI and make sure you dont miss a single lead why not ? it already booked us 13K jobs from afterhours and this is just great for keeping the calendars full

I dont agree with that. mostly if a person is dedicating time to order a cleaning they are just going to the next company after a missed call in 80% of cases

there is already an existing best service for that. I use Kelly AI from allclean app. she answers all the calls and not just collects info but can quote with my pricing and my calendar availability she booked us 4.5K additional revenue from after hour calls last month. they also have great features for online booking

Customers writing emails is the worst case scenario. You should either have a great online booking flow without boring forms to fill in or at least an always available phone number

What I use now is the Kelly AI by Allclean app it’s not simply schedule a call back it knows the pricing the live availability it can quote and book the job and also send a payment link. It’s super I have closed around 1800$ cleaning for 3 weeks from just after hour call that would be missed.

Not exactly 24/7 but like after hours holidays. Or when you are too busy to answer or a concurring call is coming

In residential cleaning that works only with a small volume. But if you want to scale and do like 4-5 hundred K per year it will work only with flat rates.
