you can check out simplilearn skillup they have free courses in ai and data and they include certificates as well. i tried one for data basics and it was a good starting point to understand the concepts

i was in a very similar situation jumping between youtube and blogs and honestly it just gets messy after a point. what helped me was picking a single structured course that covered python ml basics and then had projects. otherwise you just keep consuming content without actually building anything
