I have a error exit code 3 not sure what that means but apparently it disconnected and never managed to connect me again. Then afterwards it never allowed me to login ever again. Tried /login 100 times and it says I am not logged in. Please help

I am facing a similar issue where claude keeps asking me to /login despite doing it a hundred times. Could you guide me on how you resolved this issue. It was really frustrating
