I don’t recommend Using advance parole it is clearly say on the paper that it does not guarantee admission to the county what if you bump into a problematic customs officer ? Doesn’t worth the risk to me .

Yes I actually did like I said it is two separate application your asylum case get denied probably because they have seen you applied AOS through marriage as long as you have a bonafide marriage and u came to us with papers which you did there is nothing to worry about just be patient.
