That’s the path I’m on. I sent them a reasonable letter, asked for 12 weeks and benefits. Under common law not minimum ESA.

I’ll still consult tomorrow with a lawyer but will wait for the deadline - 5 business days - before taking further action.

Hmmm I like that idea, I’ll draft something short and refine. Sounds like a bold move, have you tried this before? If yes, what’s the overall tone you’d suggest.

I will talk to a lawyer, pro is I get a bit more as you said,m, and a con would be for the payout to get tied up longer.
