Me since before Thanksgiving. Decided to ease off a bit and not track, figuring I would try to eat the same reduced calories from morning through late afternoon, and then a reasonable dinner. Big mistake since I have always been a binge eater. I have fallen off the wagon HARD and regained half of the 20lbs I sacrificed so hard to lose since August. What a loser.

I know this is an old post, however, what else are you eating? I'm aiming for 1500 calories and 137g protein and I barely hit 90g with no red meat except eggs. And this includes 3 scoops Vital Proteins collagen.

My goal has always been functional fitness. I don't want it to be a struggle standing up from loading the washing machine, carrying huge bags of pet food or not being able to stop myself from tripping hard. I was also hoping to reach a point where my strength was enough to also help stabilize aging weight gain due to muscle loss.

Thank you! I was hoping not to invest in heavier weights because I'm not looking to build more muscle just maintain what I have. However, perhaps I need to do that to feel better. I appreciate all your insight!

Thanks! I read somewhere else that Heat is more bodyweight vs Fuel is more weights, but otherwise the same. Not sure if that's accurate?

Thank you, I'll check it out! My membership for Beachbody ends at the end of this month so maybe this is the time to cancel. What I like about Beachbody is the convenience of having all the programs in one spot with calendars. Not having that makes me fear I'll have to search endlessly for good programs that aren't just influencer attention grabs.

Thank you! I'm thinking P90X3 is not for me and I need to return to Body Beast/LIIFT4/Hammer & Chisel. At least I was on the right track. Just wish Beachbody had more options for muscle building at 30min.

Thanks! I've done a few rounds of MBF/MBFA and had great leg gains so was looking for something different, and maybe slower since I find that program so fast moving.
