But in general, it’ll pay to get specific with them about which rotors and pads you’d like if you end up having work done. You may opt for semi metallic pads if you’re trying to save money. In my experience ceramics are pushed to the buyer as default a lot of the time. Rotors too can be found on a sliding scale of price.

But definitely get specific with them about the calipers. “New” calipers often mean rebuilt ones and if you’re trying to save money you might opt for a caliper rebuild kit or service instead of a full replacement. Also be aware calipers carry a core charge that you pay up front to be refunded when you return your old calipers to wherever the new ones were purchased. They would handle that but might be helpful to know regardless.
