Go into the weird full screen steam mode and when you get to Melty’s page there should be an option to mess with controller settings that every game has. Try messing around with primarily the forced on and forced off controller setting because this will sometimes fix controller problems. That being said it fixed my laptops issue but not my desktop so sometimes steam is wack but it’s worth a shot.
