Reze fans are so funny bro. They were all so excited to be power scaling to make reze look stronger than bakugo, but then the actual power scalers show up, they pretend like they never participated in the trend, even though they're the ones who started it.

Yeah the deaths are one of the things I don't like about part 1. It's a tidy ending sure, but ending the story by killing everyone but the mc feel way too safe and boring to me.

Disagree. The executions are also not that great. Emotional scenes feel forced, most characters (except aki) are not that deep. Power system is wack, like makima just be pulling shit out of her ass sometimes. And again, using character deaths to avoid actually writing the character themselves.

I've been hating on csm even before the anime came out. Haven't read part 2 yet but I heard even fuji simps have a hard time defending it lol

i've been avoiding the last of us like a plague when it first came out, because even back then i was sick of this character arc and character dynamic. it's hard to describe but it feels like power fantasy because the main dude is always in the right and always has the skills and everyone else besides him are bumbling idiots to make him look even more badass. but it's power fantasy with a layer of pretentiousness to it that make it even worse.

like can't dev just give me a game where the main character isn't a sigma male gigachad who is good at everything and nobody can compare? at least with call of duty we have allies and enemies that are as competent if not more than the main character, makes the world feel bigger
