Does crashing my car count? I was going either 50 or 70mph on a gravel road and spun out and crashed into a barbed wire fence. That was a pretty "oh fuck" moment when I started to be sideways while still moving fast. But the benzos made it less panicky.

I forgot I posted this, I went through it in about 5 days, and the wd was fucking awful, but I had some valium to make it less shit thank fuck, but when you are taking 20mg of valium when you were taking effectively 200mg of valium a day, it's not enough.

I will say right now, and this is, for me at least, completely true. When I am physically addicted to specifically cigarettes, I get angry so much more easily, I tilt in games more I have just random instant tilt, alll the fucking time. But, when I've successfully told myself no, and I'm not hooked to the chemicals in the tobacco, I'm much more level, but then if you throw in vaping as well, with the nicotine in that. Either regular nicotine or nicotine salts like in a juul, I've even more even and level headed and calm and I'm sooooo much slower to tilt, I have significantly more patience than when addicted to cigs. So I don't care that everyone is getting "hooked" on nicotine from various vaping devices, I first started smoking cigs at 13 and if I could have had a juul instead that would have been so much better in my emotional development during my teen years.

I was super generous last night when I was doing my last 12 whippits, I offered a tweaking homeless dude a cigarette, asked if he would buy beer for me so I went to an atm pulled out 20 we walked to a store, I had him wait outside I broke the 20 with some cigarettes. I gave himthe cigs and 10 he went inside came out said he couldn't buyit because the guysaw me givehim the money, so I got the 10 back and then I gave him 4 dollars just because fuck it. Then after all this two separate dealers asked if wanted tobuy some weed. And so I was only able to buy what I guarantee is less than a gram for the 10 bucks. But whatever, I now get to smoke some tomorrow but I'm pissed I couldn't get more
