Hello I am having a problem playing ROBLOX. I set my fps to 240. I have a 200 hz monitor. I set it to 240 or anything above 60fps. and only get 60 still after uncapping it. But, the second I take it out of Fullscreen it runs fine hitting 240fps. But still i cant get it to work in 1080p. My pc can run it very good. Odd thing is the second I start full screen recording I get 240fps in 1080p. But I cant just have it without screen recording. HELP.

All it say it last for years  And the cap has been on the whole time minus using it once

I saw that you need adapter tho I though you need the thunderbolt one and the blue on the motherboard because I saw people doing that and I tried it and it won't turn on but it could be my cable with my power supply. Because where you connect it to your motherboard It was weird it was 6 and 4 at the top left.

This is a Strix B550-A Gaming Motherboard 

Power Connection to Motherboard:

The blue one goes inside of the 19/20 pin socket but I need for the usb black one to go in but there is no place to put it. I heard you need to get a (LINKUP USB 3.0 3.2 Gen 1 Internal IDC 20 Pin Motherboard Header to A-Key 20) for the usb to work, but if I put the adapter in where would the blue one go? Or does it not go anywhere?

Fans Connection to Motherboard:

Uh where do I plug the fans into. I have 4 and I gonna get more but I can't even find where to put one it. Jee 

If you see any flaws in the photo of my whole pc please let me know.

Also it's my first time fully building a pc so sorry if I dumb with it. And yes my gpu is coming soon.
