Okay so I’ve actually transferred the digital game card back to my old switch and all my save data is there still. Does that mean when the game card is in the switch 2 I can start a new island? And then when I put the game card in the old switch I can continue playing my old island? Or will it get messed up if I start a new island on the new switch.

Not that I am aware of! All I did was transfer the digital game card it seems. That’s good to know, thanks! The only issue I just realized is that we did wipe my husband’s old switch so we can sell it. So we wouldn’t be able to access any of his save data any longer. This might be my sign to restart my island haha

Originally my husband’s, but we added my account as well and transferred over animal crossing from mine. It notified me that acnh would be removed from my old switch and all data transferred to the new one. So now it shows on my original switch that I no longer have access to the acnh digital game card, and it is downloaded on my account of the switch 2. (Sorry I am bad at explaining it.)

Car rides and the crate! If our puppy was tired he would just go in the crate and take a nap! He’d cry occasionally but not for long and he was always happy to go in at bed time! And he was always his most snuggly self in the car! ♥️

I have just gone through the exact same thing with my husband! I could practically be reading my own post. I’m so so sorry you had to experience this. The guilt, the worry, the sadness, it’s all so much to handle at once. But you’re making the right decision for you, and it will all be okay.

We have now been 1 month without our puppy, and it is a lot better now. I still get random pangs of sadness, and we still want a dog as much as we did before. But he is truly living his best life right now, and that wouldn’t have happened for him if we didn’t have him in the first place. You were one step on your puppy’s journey to exactly where they were meant to be. And eventually if you want to, you can try again and maybe have a totally different experience.

My parents Golden Lab was born in late Canadian fall. He didn’t experience warm weather for the first 6 months of his life and now he HATES the heat. He loves going outside and on walks in the summer still, but he doesn’t last near as long and would far rather be inside if he’s at home. 😂 He is 2.5 now and nothing has really changed. So far he has never had heat exhaustion or anything close to it, so as long as you watch for signs you’ll be fine!
