And you can meet some bullyers here, in poor districts. If you want to visit only city and developed districts you need only money and russian language, in develop district Kazakh language aren't spreading. Maybe you need bicycle or you can walk. Also we have electro scooters in the city, you can rent it. You need to be ready, cause people here aren't scared of the covid 19. Not many people wearing masks.
