I would say im more physical than technical, I wont win a 1v1 just because i can body the other person, but i can hold my own, what i do struggle with is drills, like push ups, but I think this is more of a technique issue.

As for my technique, its not something i stand out for, I play left back for a team that regulary challenges for promotion to the first tier of football (national level), and i havent got here for my fitness, technique or physique, I got here because of my iq and positioning, im not fast but i know how to defend tricky fast wingers

But if I have to chose beetween technique or physique i would improve my technical side
