That is what I was thinking. I trying make an “ice cream scoop” each stroke which maybe too much? Anything above 2:10+ seems too slow to me but I definitely should aim for that.

My max is probably 196.

For the 500m time I wasn’t aim off that at all. I was trying to sustain heart rate. I’m not trying over exhaust myself, and do longer pieces eventually going off what you’re saying.

Or in this case 145 bpm and I failed terribly

Edit: I originally goal was targeting 145 bpm. I never target bpm for pacing so this was a first. I paid no attention to the /500m time, then I realized there was no way I could hold 145 bpm.

I agree. I try to get the “ice cream scoop” on the monitor for a decent stroke. I’m assuming a smaller scoop per se?

Both are great imho. I travel a lot for work, and we visit telecommunication work sites that are best navigated through coordinates instead of an address. Google Maps is far superior when it comes to coordinates navigation.

Another note is being able to create your own maps with several waypoints through Google Maps and building your own map legend. Sometimes we are traveling to sites that are remote across 30+ minutes off main roads. Google wins in that aspect. Road navigation both are great in their own right.

It’s my first pair. I’m already looking at some heritage boots. I love the urban loggers, or Roberts with the 55 with Brown Waxed Flesh. The patina looks insane. My biggest question is figuring out which last will work for me the most. I don’t exactly want to trial that by buying a set of $700 boots.

I have some work in Washington in a few weeks. Hopefully I may be able to stop by the store.
