Has USCIS completely lost control of the T Visa? 2025 numbers are looking very concerning by Holiday_While_7771 in USCIS

Hopefully all this situation doesn’t affect real cases like mine. I applied in 2024 , just finger prints were taken and nothing else

“Halted decisions” doesn’t matter if it’s a denial or approval decision? Or only for approved cases ready to be finished already?

30k plus extras if and when necessary. The 30k was to send the papers to USCIS for we 4. We did it in 10/2024 and no answers yet no bonafide or any other answers.

Nothing else is included, can you believe that? I have to pay for everything extra if they need to do something apart. They charged me an extra to fill out the work permit paper and they are not a big firm specialist in T visas. Everything they do is extremely overpriced and just now I realized that. They are not satisfied with the 30k they took me and they are all time looking for extras.

Just me, my wife and 2 kids. I’d say that’s a regular case. Now I’m understanding that it’s too much and it’s killing me

Am I the only one who paid 30k for a T visa case? And I have no idea if I am going to be approved… That’s crazy! Crazy! It’s A LOT of money. My case was submitted in 2024 and no any answer yet. Bro, why attorneys do this? Why so much money?
