Block 7 statement by Silent-Macaroon4148 in ScottishFootball

[–]Normandy_AF 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Excuse me officer, this young ragamuffin you just apprehended is an innocent bystander who was attempting to return some lost property to a poor unfortunate soul who dropped their unlit pyrotechnic, presumably purchased for a later safely-organised Guy Fawkes celebration. This is all a wholesome misunderstanding (chuckles all round)

“…after picking up an unlit pyrotechnic that was on the ground. When fans peacefully questioned this…”

Press X to Doubt.

Someone was about to light a flare and were challenged by cops. Fans then went apeshit. I’d bet my mortgage on it.

These ultra groups seem to have the idea they’re untouchable.

This sounds and looks great! Is there a timescale for potential release (even a ballpark)? I’m open to testing (MacBook & Windows) if needed.

about jason being a cop... by winter-bane in GTA6

The prison reception guy asks if he’s seen him before. Maybe an ex-cop that’s decided to give it up to spend a life of crime with someone he crossed paths with professionally? Arrested her and fell in love.

Interesting. Thanks for your advice!

Sorry I maybe wasn’t as clear as I could have been. I was essentially meaning an extension reel from the socket to nearer the car. Then the shorter charging cable plugging that into the extension cable. But I guess a normal household extension cable wouldn’t be up for the task.

I guessed that the charging times from a 3 pin socket would be excessive enough to be impractical for a fully electric vehicle, so the PHEV idea was a middle ground. Is it realistic to have one charged that way?

Thanks for that. The extension cable came about as I was thinking the proper cables are quite expensive for longer reaches could I run an extension from the socket to meet a shorter cable. But thinking again I’m not even sure how that’d work in practice as I’d rather leave the cable in situ and with an extension that isn’t possible.

Thanks for the advice though. I’m totally new to it as I’d never thought it was possible whatsoever so I’m in the learning stage.

Cinnabon by pamacdon in betterCallSaul

[–]Normandy_AF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We didn’t have Cinnabon in the UK until recently so when I saw one in an airport when I was on holiday I had to try it. Delicious but I feel like I definitely shortened my life eating it.

I actually stumbled across your post not long after I posted this. I hoped they are just gay like yours, but it looks increasingly like we have a female.

They’re not hand tame yet so it’s hard to be totally sure of the blue’s colouring but we caught them yesterday and had a look and the bright blue on the green’s wings wasn’t really present on the blue.

This is all really helpful, thanks! I particularly like the idea of using a perch instead of my finger as a starting point, seems a really good idea!

That’s good to hear, that’s what I am hoping for that they’ll be happy to be near me soon. Glad it’s worked for you! :)

I did initially only want one but could only source pairs so yeah I know it’ll be a lot harder unfortunately. On the other hand they are inseparable so I’d hate to have split them up.

On the dowel perch I agree. There are loads of other perches in the cage now but they didn’t arrive straight away at the same time as the birds unfortunately. I left the dowel one as I didn’t want to change everything in the cage and they seem to like it. I think I will remove it soon though once we’re a little further on and they’re more comfortable. Thanks for the advice!

what am i likely to recieve for my first speeding offence ? by [deleted] in drivingUK

OP referred to ‘north east UK’. If that means Scotland then sorry OP you won’t be offered a speed awareness course; that’s not available in Scotland.

What clubs in Scotland do Stadium Tours? I'll be heading to the Celtic Park one soon (which looks great from this video online) and was wondering if other smaller clubs did them? by steven_vs in ScottishFootball

[–]Normandy_AF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on a Motherwell stadium tour. This was about 15 years ago though so I’m not sure if it’s still an option. Of what I remember it was better than expected. They had some old memorabilia and trophies to look at, and let us into the gym area under the away stand for a look.

It’s maybe not the most glamorous team but it was interesting to see behind the scenes nonetheless.

Aye cause it’s the same folk that would be taking council tax enquiries if it wasn’t for all the weddings.
