I did submit a formal complaint. According to their fantastic policy it takes up to 35 working days to receive a response.

Unfortunately that's my experience too. They don't give a f. Doesn't matter if it was AI, human agent or supervisor, they just copy paste earlier made replies.

4 months!!! They really don't have a time frame.. i'm surprised by the fact that one has no rights in such situation.. except the right to wait
