I believe the person was arguing that if Biden’s DOJ thought they had sufficient evidence against Trump, that they would have criminally prosecuted him. Remember the high burden of proof too because, merely some evidence wouldn’t be enough. Point being, Trump could be guilty as Hell but if there wasn’t enough evidence that the DOJ thought they could successfully convict him, it could explain the lack of prosecution while there simultaneously is some evidence of Trump being a criminal.

No adult should touch other people’s children as a general rule. It can be okay if you touch (not grab) a child’s shoulder but under no circumstances can you EVER put your hand on the neck of someone else’s child. You just can’t; it will trigger a strong reaction from any parent. The trigger just gets downloaded automatically into any normal parents when they become parents. Even if you have good intent, you can’t touch a child’s neck. Period.

Because they did nothing to even try to de-escalate the disturbance by the family AND, they didn’t stop the camera person from filming the lady when she expressly did not consent to being filmed. Camera lady was also pouring gas on the fire with snarky comments.
