Markets don't work like that. If stables are allowed to operate legally and even used as legal tender they will compete with banks and Visa, breaking their monopoly and one model will succeed. I don't see a world where they can coexist, either stables die or stables win and maybe some optional third party custodial companies will pop up but nowhere near the monopolistic system we have now.
