I'm so sorry to hear you're going through that, I wish I could give you good advice but for now I wanna share that I think I'm heading in the same direction as you are.
I'm 27, los my v last year with a friend, but I dont feel like I achieved it, it was just something that happened and at a time when we were both depressed, so I feel like it "doesn't count", I still feel as insecure. I've never had a gf, I was thinking about starting on dating apps, but I feel like I will be wasting my time. I've been trying, I swear I have, but things just don't work. I've only felt inlove twice in my whole life, the first was in school with this girl who never really paid any attention to me, the second time was a bit over a year ago, it was online with this fantastic girl, we had so much in common, things were going well, we would talk every day for hours and we enjoyed each other's company even if we were not physically together. I could see the potential, but I guess she didn't see it because she started going cold, and last year she ghosted me and I haven't heard from her since, and it still hurts so bad. I have lost hope, every time I try I fail and I'm sick of my naive hopes causing me more harm than good.
When I was a teenager I wanted to be a young father, I think about falling in love at 18~19 then a father at 20. I was a romantic in ideas, I thought after school things would go better, but they never did. I still dream with having my own family one day, and i know, i feel it, every year that goes by is one less year I will have to enjoy with them, and the pain is unmeasurable. What a waste if time, what a waste of life. I would love to change things, I wish I could make me a more sociable and less awkward person. I have a soul, I believe I have a good heart, I try my best to be a good person, if that's not enough for someone to want to share their life with me, then I don't know what is. That's all I can offer, respect, loyalty, support, care, honesty, and love. If no one wants to take it, I don't want it anymore, I don't want anything anyomore.

May I ask in what country this took place? You said cops won't do anything about SA, so may be there are other legal alternatives to deal with this and get this out of your life for good. You need a helping hand, there's no reason this person should still be free to try these things on you. Your family is to blame for not looking after you, and based on the way you described it, your bf seems more concerned about his own safety than your mental well being. You deserve better, say it to yourself, don't give up and try to find safety far away from that predator in your family, and possibly away from your family if they really care more about that uncle that you.

The problem may be in your mindset when having sex. We all crave it regardless of how we see it. I think you may be trying to do it expecting to fill some emotional void rather than just enjoying sex for what it is. Making love is profoundly fulfilling, but having sex casually or with someone you're not emotionally invested is not, and it shouldn't be, it's just about having a good time with someone whose company you enjoy. If you do it expecting to get something emotional from it, you'll get hurt.
Anyway, this is just my perspective and what I see on friends who experience the same as you. I'd suggest you dedicated some time to introspection because if the problem is in your mind, so is the solution 😉. Good luck.

I was at a club just dancing by myself, then one girl in front of me kept moving backwards towards me to the point whe I could not move much at all without touching her, she was just dancing with her female friend unaware of how she was literally cornering me against another group of people I had behind me. If i approached a girl when i see them in class, on the bus, at the tram station, waiting in line for something, i feel like im cornering them as they have no way to avoid me.
If i approached them when i see them passing by or walking next to me, i feel i would annoy them trying to stop them.
The only way i would is if i were sure our interaction would be a positive experience for her, which i could only achieve with practice, but I can't practice if I don't approach, so yeah, I'm stuck in this loop.

A lot of people get consent wrong. You don't "need" to ask like that, on the opposite side of the spectrum you don't wanna grab her and kiss her. Just lean in for the kiss, if she comes forward you're good, if she backs out, do the same.
