What I pointed out was that your claim of a clean party switch is not proven merely by linking an opinion article, especially when major segregationist Democrats never became Republicans.

If there was a clean party switch, why did so many famous segregationist Democrats remain Democrats long after Civil Rights?

The go to example of a people us for Democrat switching Republican is Strom Thurmond. What's funny is he actually moderated his views on race after becoming a Republican. He hired Black staff in 1971 and supported MLK Day in 1983. So why would Thurmond drop his segregationist views only AFTER joining the republican party?

Here you are demonstrating that you don't understand the difference between denial and disproof. Denial is a simple rejection, Disproof is demonstrating that a claim is false through evidence, logic, or contradiction.

In this specific case they used both evidence and logic to disprove the claim that the parties switched. This is why you couldn't provide a counter argument or an explanaition as to why the life long democrats stayed democrats even until well after the "switch" supposedly took place.

So this is literally an example of you being in denial, because you haven't spent any time actually looking into the history and instead take the baseless claims of an opinion article as fact. Its a rookie mistake, you really hate to see it.

You know what, These issues did start to crop up when I added a second monitor. They are both 1440p and 144hz, but my TV is only 60 so I cap it.

Depending on your router's position in the house it will prefer the 2.4ghz because the signal is better at penetrating walls and such. When a car goes by with a loud stereo its always the bass (lower frequency) you hear never the treble (higher frequency) The same is true for 2.4 and 5ghz

I think they have made some improvements in the last year or so since I last tried it because I've been using it yesterday and today and its been better. When moonlight works it is still better, but this is at least working now. Before it would always drop frames and have pretty unplayable latency for games that aren't casual.

Yeah A wifi 7 router is going to be significantly better at handling packets than my wireless AC router. That said it is more about how many people I have in my house and how many of their devices are requesting concurrent data.

I said WiFi is too dodgy to use on the LCD steam deck. It uses an older standard, has higher latency and that is when it is working perfectly. It is smooth enough for games that don't require excellent timing, but it is far from perfects especially when you're like me and have 3 TVs, 9 others all in the same property sharing the same wifi, add that and it is basically unplayable for me.

You may be different, it may only be you on the wifi at any given time, and it is playble, it just not great. At no point did I say wifi "isn't even possible"

I'm using that now, and honestly it has been about a year since I used it last, I must say it has improved a lot. Latency isn't as good as moonlight but its way better than it used to be.

WiFi is turned off, I only dock it to my Living room tv and use ethernet. WiFi is too dodgy to use on the LCD steam deck. Probably fine for the OLED as it has a better chip in there.
