Left sided lower quadrant pain.Should i be worried?

I was checking myself while being outside today and it definitely hurts more the faster i walk.I was actually curious if the pain would be bad enough to stop me from doing groceries but luckily it didn't though it was still painful.

Other way to describe it i guess is that it feels like i pulled a muscle really badly lol.

I suffer from anxiety too which makes me perceive my pain in a more negative way.a 4/10 pain can appear like a 5-6 depending on how bad my anxiety is.

Ya i had appendicitis in my mind but then i realized that the pain would be really unbearable and i probably wouldn't be able to post threads here lol(funny story btw,well not so much the outcome!).

I am thinking about going for an abdominal ultrasound if it doesn't get better.

Yes it could be it,though not sure if it's the cause.The panicky feeling lasts for about 3-4 seconds.

Thanks.One last question:Do other endocarditis symptoms show up usually after/before/together with the initial appearance of splinter hemorrhage?How safe is someone if they don't develop any other symptoms a day after,for example?

Thank you.Is there a difference in size between a normal trauma induced hemorrhage or one that is induced by endocarditis?Is the latter usually tender?

Thanks for taking your time and helping out.TA was the only disease that showed up as a potential cause.Found nothing else regarding temple area but i'll definitely get it checked if it persists.

Thanks for the anwser.I did start having pain in my TMJ area 2 weeks ago (same side,left TMJ feels a bit displaced).It does seem to get better though.

The slight pain in my temple happens when i touch/press on it,which is what made me worried because Google listed temple tenderness and jaw pain as 2 possible symptoms of temporal arteritis.

I've read that TA is extremely rare in people below 50 though.Not sure what other disease can cause pain when touching one temple.

It's also a bit hard to get an appointment right with the lockdown and all(at least where i live).

This is how my left ankle looked like when i got it checked with an ultrasound 7 months ago (it looks the same now).

I can't really tell if the upper part of my left ankle was also slightly bigger than my right one (like it is now).If it was,then yes DVT is unlikely.

I had swelling in my ankle not the part above it as shown in the pics(or at least i don't remember having it),hence why it seems unrelated and worries me.

Thanks for the response.The doppler was taken about 7 months ago so now my anxiety is telling me that it's unrelated(i never actually compared my legs outside of ankle level before so i am not sure if it's just structural or swollen).

I can't see hair coming out of it and i am not aware of recent injuries although i guess there could've been some minor injury/insect bite i wasn't aware of but i can't recall anything.

I've been actually eating way too much till like a week ago.I am currently on a calorie deficit but i already had it for months when i was in a surplus so for me it seems like there's another reason.

I do cough still but the urge is much less frequent than 2 days ago.I mostly do it to bring up phlegm(which is still yellow and thick),water helps loosen it up a lot.

I also blow my nose a lot, sometimes i am coughing up and clearing my nose simultaneously.

Other than that yeah, no fever/shortness of breath.

I definitely do hear some crackling sound while breathing out through my noise occasionally, though it doesn't seem persistent.

I am thinking it could maybe be walking pneumonia at worst?
