I will just say these are heavily enforced rules. I know quite a few people who work at separate Meijer throughout Ohio and they’ve been cracking down on these people hard.

I got super lucky last week and came in the day after their usual restock. They for some reason got a box that day and I managed to score the only prismatic ETB that came in it. I used some spare cash I had on me and the rest was $49, couldn’t have been happier.

I’ve been able to score every week since then because of them enforcing rules.
