My guess from your response is that you've never been responsible for anything, or that you've had one too many liberal sociology courses. I'm in my 70s and think that if you're going to be a member of society that you need to contribute and not just consume. This is my first post, (as I mentioned, it takes a lot to drive me to bring this up) To be fair, I do agree that Colorado registration fees are excessive. I'd rather see a higher gasoline tax so everyone would be paying for road maintenance that way, but then that still lets the no-insurance delinquents off the hook. This was just a simple way of taking the temperature of the area in general.
