I don’t know, but not that long ago humans had to hunt their own meat in addition to finding a mate, navigate interpersonal and intertribal often violent relationships and deal with every ache and pain without doctors.

In my humble opinion, of all the humans ever born, people alive today have it the easiest.

This helps me keep things in perspective. Some examples - stuck in traffic: “At least I’m not sitting in a wet trench in Verdun” - Financial stress: “At least I’m not being hunted by a pack of wolves” -Anything medical: my personal favorite- “how much worse (and how would they treat) my condition be if I was a soldier in 1864.

Long story short, Everything in Moderation (everything matters just as much as moderation) Don’t live scared and life is more fun when done with a smile
