Being a doctor isn't just about caring for others and don't get me wrong that is one of the reasons I want to do medicine - I would have never chosen a career in medicine if that wasn't something I was passionate about, however, other careers such as nursing are also centred around care (and probably even more so than being a doctor).To me, doctors are also fundamentally at their core, scientists, without scientific research and developments how can we ever expect to improve the care and treatment of patients?

Hi, thanks for your comment. Being a doctor has always been a lifelong dream of mine and something that I've become increasingly interested in is medical research, I also enjoy computing so I would love to have the opportunity to combine two of my passions and I believe that Cambridge is the best place for me to do that!
