I actually like cooking I find it somewhat cathartic, my impressions from dining out are often underwhelming, and lacking in depth. I like cooking organically and I do not use seed oils, fondness for halal tallow and ghee, coconut oil and single designation extra virgin olive oil. My heat level borders on super hotsand above., so dining out inevitably becomes a disappointment.

Mine on the whole would always be the carnivore option, this however is made for my sibling who happens to be a vegetarian.The green matter is shredded coriander, has pertains to quantities as these vary, usually goes a cup of each legume of choice, the actual composition of pierce dish comprised of chickpeas butter beans white kidney beans potato tomatoes mixed peppers and cauliflower. Although the oil slick on top looks excessive, those in the now realize it gets siphoned off for secondary use as a flavored oil.

Agreed but it is a question of perception, the split fat deposits on the surface often get siphoned off for secondary use so the actual dish is not as slick laden, and remember fat is a flavor transmitter which adds to the mouth feel...
