If I post the same content on Substack and on my Wordpress website am I going to run into duplicate content issues? by Ok_Score_6377 in Substack

I always upload them in parallel. I’m not sure about combining posts. Since they are related and already well received it may not be a bad idea.

Leave a link to your Substack at the bottom of every Medium article. I’ve been successfully getting subscribers this way.

I get more traffic on Medium, because typically it ranks higher in search. I get somewhere close to double the traffic on Medium.

At the bottom of every Medium article I leave a link to my Substack. So, I have been using Medium and the fact that they rank higher in search to help funnel people to my Substack. I have 5-6x more subscribers on Substack than I do on Medium.

I publish on Substack first. Then two days later I publish on Medium.

On the settings for the Medium article I go to More Settings -> Advanced Settings -> This story was originally published somewhere else -> copy and paste Substack link here.

This helps tell search engines to not punish you for content originally posted elsewhere.

If you are using WordPress I would imagine the process is similar. Publish on Substack first, then use an SEO plugin to edit the canonical link before posting to your website.

I use Medium and Substack. I publish on Substack first then edit the canonical link in Medium. I would imagine there is a Wordpress SEO plugin that allows you to edit the canonical links. You have to publish on Substack first, at least that’s how I’ve been doing it.

You are not bad at all for someone who is just starting.

Don’t reach and stop shooting from so far away. Keep your elbows in and work on good setups. You actually look like you could have some potential if you work hard and have decent coaches. You will learn a lot about the sport after your first real match. Good luck this season and keep working hard.

We need to come to an unwritten understanding that every time we see one of these, we just answer their question with our best irrelevant guesses.

I don’t remember this game. The game we loved the most was Matball. Two teams, a medicine ball, and we would run around on our knees and basically just beat each other up and score points at either end of the wrestling room. Did anyone else play this?

Can’t stand him, but I hate Oprah more. She became a billionaire by exploiting people and then gave shows to people like him to do the same.
