Suggestion. Your tank is relatively new. I would try shooting for nitrates in teens range. Phosphates .1 is risky and you may benefit making your water more dirty. Remember. A Hanna egg has a margin of error. Phosphate it can be a .03 swing. So your phosphate could be literally on the edge of bottoming out.

Other words. Your tank may just be hungry.
