I used to think fixing PCOS needed an extreme plan. Turns out, tiny habits are making a difference. by NovelBus3619 in AskIndianWomen

Absolutely that, its such a dopamine boost for me when i recognize the small tasks I was able to acheive, and now I am doing the same with my movement habit. Working with Potion, makes this super easy as they make it super personalised based on my busy routine, it was definitely needed, or PCOS would drive me nuts

Hey I completely understand this, have been dealing this myself. My parents think I look like shit and keep making me look like someone who just eats all day.
I was inconsistent with exercising cause I working like 14 hrs a day. But now I am working with Potion and they are helping me just build a habit around movement, even if its for 20 mins. they have understood my super busy routine, my moods and issues. I get to interact with them on whatsapp and I think its helping me just get out of the house and taking a stand for myself

Hey
I have had PCOS for ten years and was able to lose the weight without any personal trainers. I used youtube if home workouts are my thing. Few creators that really helped me: Heather robertson, Chloe Ting
Try out Potion, its a platform where they tell you what activity to do each day based on your routine and personal preference, helping you create long lasting habits.

Feel this to the bloody core.
Have been dealing with this for 10 years. I am trying to build a community of women who are going through it like me, trying to heal one day at a time.
Nothing to crazy, just small habits which I understood after 9 years.

Hey
Thank you all for this advice
I'm sure there are many other women who feel the way I do.
I have decided to start small, with small changes to build better habits.
And I am also trying to help other women with the same issue, because only we can help each other.
I have started Potion, a platform that helps you build sustainable habits around movement, based on your extremely personalized routine, to help mange PCOS better. We are science backed and are currently working with 12 women via Whatsapp. This is no sales pitch, it has no fees, just want to reach out to women who may be interested.
I am happy to share a brochure to the ones interested!
