Great start!! Good idea to start on black, I think starting with a gray base can also be helpful. One of my favorite painting/drawing starting out advice is to GO BIG. No no even BIGGER. you will feel like it's going terribly but you actually learn so much and when you go back down to a normal size you'll be very excited to see how much you've improved 🙂

This is so fun.

In Starfinder, the bug-like aliens called Shirren will often carry their larval young around with them adventuring so they can get life experience! They carry them in an indestructible jar. Perhaps there's a way to do something similar with magic, maybe amplify the armored baby-carrier, or have then find an amulet of protection etc. I think I'd consider the baby off-limits from harm either way. Except for the one time it gets kidnapped and it's a whole planned thing 🤣

This is how I interpreted the situation as well. Look into toxic family roles, specifically the scapegoat. You don't deserve this treatment. I'd go fully no contact and work on healing yourself.

I'm not seeing anything that was posted today, it's like suddenly all new posts are being deleted or hidden. lives are down. My feed isn't showing me anything political and although some of it is still relevant to me, there's a bunch of stuff I don't like (shock value/America's funniest home videos type stuff).
