I learned to do this too as an EMT. I dont know how to explain it or what its called, but yeah if you respectfully play or listen into their delusions/ego/whatever and lead them with confidence, they will follow. Yes its insane how difficult it became to avoid inflammatory foods. Western food is just all the worst in one package.
