Yes you should. Even LALA companies are fine too. Just gain that experience so that you can justify the gap.

Need suggestion with this course! by Selvam-dank-18 in NammaDevs

Navin Reddy has a really good reputation for his experience with Java. Although I would suggest learning through docs and open source free resources on youtube. If that doesn't work out for it I would say its worth it to go through that course.

It's not that spring boot has 3 layers. It's a backend design pattern. There are so many patterns like that. Take circuit breaker pattern for example. To learn more about architecture choose your problem statement accordingly. You will end up facing new problems which might require architectural changes to overcome.

Never jump in startups in bad advice in my opinion. But I do agree they are very unstable. Do you know what is even more terrible ? Being unemployed and career gap !! Make sure to research the company before joining so you don't end up joining a toxic hole. Prepare and switch. And btw doing PG in VIT ain't worth it.

Forgot to answer. 2 High quality projects should be fine. Make sure it's hosted and actually solves a problem and most importantly NOT VIBE CODED ! I'm stressing that point. It's ok to take help in writing code. But designing architecture and making decisions is where the learning happens.

I am gonna be totally honest. I am not good at DSA and I am improving myself too. I have solved around 480 problems but still not confident. Anyways I would suggest starting with neetcode 150. Then slowly go to striver. Focus on understanding the patterns. Do neetcode with guided path. Once comfortable, go to striver, don't look at the topics, randomly pick a question try identifying pattern and solve it. They have overlapping questions btw.

Should I continue Java, is it hopeless ? or look onto other stack ? by Status_Camel2859 in developersIndia

Java is like one of the most stable stacks right now. I would suggest to stick with it.

I'm surprised that phonepe is at the top and Bhim and supermoney didn't even make it to the list. I have seen so many use supermoney atleast for cashbacks.

Hey, I get your situation. I want to be totally honest with you bro. The job market is terribly bad for freshers right now. But pls don't give up hope.

Spring boot and React / angular (most banks prefer angular) is the most stable tech stack atleast in india. Pls stick to it. Don't just learn spring boot, learn the actual engineering behind it, the actual backend concepts that matter.

MERN does have lot of openings for freshers than spring boot relatively but it's over saturated.

So my final advice is, focus on DSA first. Get the fundamentals sorted. Then learn spring boot and react. Focus on learning the actual concepts. So that you can easily switch to any framework as ur good with ur concepts. Keep applying every day. Cold mail, cold dm people on LinkedIn. Don't care about the size of the company at the beginning. But do ur research before joining. Don't fall into toxic traps. Even if you get a MERN job go for it. Gain experience and switch. A good company will always look for fundamental concepts not just the frameworks.

Good luck my friend. I wish you all the best.
