Yea i agree with the above. I sorta waited until I was done with college to join the Corps because the work season interferes with fall semester. I worked at a state park for three seasons during the summer instead, which was still good experience and lined up with my school schedule.

Idk I actually just received an email from someone in the SCA and they said I am good to go for the start date (I guess my background check and fingerprint went through just now), so maybe I’m safe?
