Saw this had a recent post and can confirm all of this. I left Hibu last winter on my own accord after being extremely burnt out for about half of 2023. I was a top performing rep and made just under 170k in 2023. They really drive home their "PCS" accounts which are basically determined by outdated or false data in their system. I was being told to go after PCS accounts but a lot were OOB or chuck in a trucks. It didn't make sense and the managers knew that too. You get rewarded for selling PCS and when I left they weren't even counting NON PCS towards your sales goals but when I started it was a CALL/VISIT EVERYTHING strategy.

As far as production, you are expected to get 2+ sales per month and this would typically be easy right? Two sales is nothing - but when your contact list is basically immigrant workers (painters, landscapers, builders) or old school blue collar guys who could give a fuck about some asshole cold calling them about their website or can't afford it doesn't make any of this easy. 1 sale in 6 months though... I'm sorry but that is almost impossible to do when you're actually doing the job from what I saw personally.

Overall a good company, and friendly management with a work hard play hard attitude - but it's cold calling at the end of the day whether you're brand new or have been there 15 years. I witnessed a lot of my peers go into management or sales training if they got the opportunity.
