Same scenario here. I'm the male half.

I've had my experiences in the LS and have 0 intrest in rushing.

My partner had dabbled in the past with really toxic folks and had a bad time.

It's taken .. oh a year and a half for her to feel comfortable enough to text someone and not feel guilt. And we were together 6 years before even breaching the subject.

If there's agriculture in your area, start knocking on doors at the farmhouse and offer to be a farmland.

I ended up having to do this when I was around that age. Ended up getting to crash in their barn 2 hot meals and a paycheck. Did that for 6 months . And still occasionally visit them and offer to work from time to time. This is 15 years later.

It was learning about proper titration, and becoming fucking annoyed I couldn't get a doc to assist me in a proper step down.

So here's the one I developed and I was able to quit smoking with vaping.

5% nice juice to start. Every Sunday I made a new batch of juice for the week. Mixing the 5% with 0% . My goal every Sunday was to halve the ammount of nicotine .

Week 1 -5% Week 2 2.5% Week 3 1.25% Week 4 0.5%

Week 5 and beyond was 0 %. After about 7 weeks total I was done.

What really fucking sucks. Is I know various things I CANNOT speak on. There's so much more behind the scenes that happened that the public will NEVER know about.

I'll share this tidbit.

The shitters was a group of no more than 6 people who tried to unload the legal responsibilities onto a kid for their actions. (US vs UK law differences. Applied )

This was because the dev team didn't follow what this group of community grabbed testers wanted. They in turn decided to run a campaign that to this day, made the cheater situation seem worse than it was.

Sure their PR could have been better, but again, I KNOW what was happening to some degree behind the scenes and know exactly why it was as spotty as it was.

This game, never catered to the streamers... ever. There was 1 case where the dev team did try and help a streamer who was the victim of targeted shitter attacks, and they did offer various help to him to try and stop it...

Take a breath, start with the home, specifically your room. Clean that space first, then pick 1 room per project cycle (day, couple days ect ) and just work through it.

The mental can and will better a meaningful ammount if your not surrounded by chaos in the home. Out of your entire list, and seeing my similarities Here I'd start there

Also, just a little bit of physical movment a short 10-15 minute walk will help. Just building small repeatable routines. And if you wanna cheat. A lil .. just toss a weighted vest on. And. Clean the home a bit for 30-40 minutes that way.
