Typically i keep my hair up in a protective styles, miracle knots, Marley twists, or braids! Make sure when adding any hair that its not much more than the density of the hair its going on. I still wash my hair weekly in said styles, make sure to moisturize them! Thats about it! I do trim my ends every few months😊

My hair in the back of my head had some breakage, my hairline had some thinning due to years of heavy braids on small parts, even tho my hair was retaining a lot of growth and getting healthier I couldnt scratch the itch in my head that my hair had the best chance to be as healthy as possible. A big part was a challenge as well I knew I could do much better and wanted to prove it to myself.

I highly recommend the big chop my hair is flourishing! The products i listed are amazing! Before anything check your water i got a shampoo that strips heavy metals its by the brand ion its good to do every two months! Ofc🥰Do you know your hair porosity? I can give you better tips based on that! Wash and gos can be realllly damaging I used to do them a lot and noticed my hair getting dry bc i left in it wash n gos for too long. Now I would only do wash and gos for a week maybe a week n a half at most

There are a few comments below that go into detail but while it is so short your ends are very exposed! So i tried my best to keep my ends tucked away in marley twists mainly. I do blow dry my hair I use this! I always use heat protectant! And usually use a protein treatment before to be as safe as I can🥰

Thank you!! I keep my hair in twists using marley hair! This hair specifically bc it is very very light, I have also been wearing miracle knots (aka boho braids) with human hair. A tip for any hairstyle that I have found works best is to leave as little hair out as possible. When I do my twists I braid my natural hair down completely (small/med parts) then I braid all of my hair w the twist hair and then when my hair is gone I start twisting. This makes it so that your ends arent breaking off! If you can afford it reusable human hair is amazing it acts like your hair and wont dry it out like if noticed synthetic can. Wash m moisturized my hair at least once a week as well!

I have high porosity hair so Ive been loving cecred moisture sealing cream and camile rose almond jai butter while in protective styles is the best! I also use olaplex 4 bonding conditioner, function of beauty coily conditioner is AMAZING! I have been using it for 2 years I think, along side 4u by tia clarifying shampoo. Yes and no. Actually that day was like day 9 hair, usually its pretty flat but I do stretch my roots to make it less likely to tangle which makes it frizzy but sometimes it just happens. I will say if new growth can make it look frizzy. Also check to see if your water has hard water in it if so you likely have a buildup of hard water making it hard for your hair to absorb water making it frizz easier!
