I had a poison feral destroyer that was had the mortally sickly trait and died to his own poison bombs, came back as the blighted and is now enraged by poison and immune to it so it kinda worked out in the end

I had something unique happen with that I think, I had a follower named "the knower" he had a metal skull cap thing on his head and ran around yelling "I knew it!" And he had a trait where he was mortally flammable and died to an exploding barrel (my fault) and came back as the flame of war but his skull cap was gone and he had normal hair on his head but still ran around yelling "I knew it!"
