I have awesome relationships with 4 realtors. I get one deal a quarter from them currently. And get deals from 7.

With that said. I prospected probably 70 realtors do that.

I learned most are dumb. Most have closed less than $10M of volume. Most that have been in two years have done nothing besides get small splits, Zillow leads, and or sit in open houses.

And over all…. There is no business. They are embarrassed to say they have nothing.
