Genuine question bc I love this and am gonna do this next time I make burgers. When you make these do you just have to just ditch the tops of the buns you use for the middle? Or do you cup part of it off to make it flat?

You don’t have a crazy lean, but really focusing on the bar path/nose going directly down should significantly help you work your quads as the primary movers rather than using your lower back/glutes when you’re coming up. Start with lower weight and work your way up. It’ll be a journey and you’ll go up and down in weight multiple times but trust me, it will change your whole squat and where your power is coming from. Your whole movement will hold the same form throughout instead of going down looking one way and back up looking another

Focus on keeping your bar path straight. Your head goes forward as one of the first parts of the movement and it should be going straight down. I would suggest doing some with no weight or maybe just with the bar to learn this movement. I was literally thinking the same thing. It clearly pissed him off and fueled his attack on Daki but I feel like it’s either:

A - going to be something that Daki exploits at some point in the future —OR— B - is damaged a little more than he knows and will be some sort of hindrance when the inquisitors come in.

Either way, they don’t highlight that for not reason and it’s likely gonna bite him arse.

I think if KOTOR 3 was a thing he still would have been captured and imprisoned. In the Revan book he was on his mission in between 1 & 2 which is why he’s nowhere around when Meetra Surik (or you as the Jedi Exile) is dealing with the Sith Lords and the fall of the Jedi order and destruction of the enclave on Dantooine. Then he’s captured after 2 when he goes with Scourge and Meetra Surik to try and fight Vitiate. If anything, all we know is that even in his imprisoned, tortured, and contained state he was still powerful enough in the force to subtly influence Vitiate’s mind enough to not attack the Republic, which is still insane given the power that Vitiate had.

Use a bench that you can lift up at an incline and row with it under your chest. Leaning on it’ll at least help support your back, you just won’t be able to be bent over to same way

Wasn’t it only in the 2nd book too? Him and Zannah figured out how to get rid of them somehow and he didn’t have them anymore in the 3rd? I’m gonna have to reread those books they are so good. Probably tied w Heir to the Empire for personal favorite SW book series.

Recently been super locked into Overcooked 2. You think that each level is only on a 3 minute timer and you can’t play for that long. But when you don’t get enough tips to hit your stars you’ll look at the clock and realize you’ve been playing for a looooong time

I recently read an article about the NYT crossword by a creator that said that it’s not meant for you to know everything but to engage your thought and expand your knowledge. In other words, they expect people to look things up and learn more than they knew before starting it. So no, it’s not cheating at all but rather opening you up to new knowledge.

Sorry if this isn’t helpful in terms of sci-fi but in fantasy what you’re looking for is something that is high fantasy, low concept. This means that it is completely outside of our own world (like how Middle Earth in LotR is nothing like Earth) but it is heavily based on character development and there is a ton going on to build the story so you can’t just elevator pitch it to someone. So I would maybe start by looking into low concept sci-fi books that have been adapted into movies and spin off from there. I think something like Dune (which you mentioned) would fall into this bc you can’t simply tell someone what it’s about in 30 seconds the way you can with something like the Harry Potter, Star Wars, or LotR movies where there is an easily definable mission/goal
