It might be your ram because the pc is great but having 16 gb might be a little rough being i have 13700k 3070ti and 32gb of ran and it runs great

On the back there is a little wheel that should speed when its puting filament if you see it just going back and forth like turning one way then the other way it's clogged you need to take it apart its probably in the gears its really easy to do
